For guests this workshop will be an exploration of their inner lives using the dharma as the foundation. The day will include silent sitting, sharing, walking meditation and guided practices facilitated by Jude Baderie.
Jude Baderle is a meditation facilitator, mindfulness based stress reduction teacher and Somatic Psychotherapist. She has a special interest in creatively working with the Dharma and Meditation to support women’s health and wellbeing.
This workshop aims to help you reconnect with yourself, improve self-compassion and overall mental clarity with a group of women in a safe place with the intention of sharing experiences and wisdom.

Centre for Ecological Learning provides earth-based and immersive educational experiences for all ages, with the aim of helping people to deepen their relationships with the human and more-than-human world.
